Electric Vehicle Product Manager, Nissan Sales CEE
Levente started his studies with an International Relations college degree (Budapest, 2007), then continued with an MBA (Budapest, 2010) and finished with a master’s degree Marketing (Budapest, 2013). Levente has been working in the automotive sector since 2007 in various positions. Since 2011, he has been focused on EVs. He introduced the Nissan LEAF to Central Eastern European markets (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary) in 2013 and the Nissan e-NV200 in 2014. Besides helping to make Nissan #1 in terms of sales in the region, Levente was also responsible for charging infrastructure development and deployed or contracted around 100 rapid chargers in the region – thanks to which CHAdeMO is the leading rapid charging standard in the mentioned countries. He also led several partnerships with electric utility companies and participated in several conferences or meetings with government officials in the region to lobby for faster e-mobility development. As a next step, Nissan continues to grow the EV business as well as the introduction of new technologies such as Vehicle to Grid (V2G) or xStorage.
